I'm 66, but in my head I still think I'm 20, then I get up off the couch and can't stand up straight until I've taken a couple of steps... reality sucks, LOL

I'm definitely not ancient. I have always thought I was middle age and would not start to get old till I hit 70. After hitting 70 I moved things up a bit and made 80 the number to start getting old. Now at 76 I am hoping things work out. Old age is just a number so just keep on TRUCKIN. Go Grateful Dead.

53 and I feel like a hundred (Ache like I'm made out of cement and can't see up close). Oddly enough though I feel old I'm still shocked at how old I look when I see myself in the mirror. Yuck!

64, but with an inner 15 year-old. The rest is the same.

Lately, when I wake from the post-holiday-dinner coma I find a foggy mirror under my nose and the family standing around with disappointed looks on their faces.

I gotta take a look at my will.
