There's no doubt in my mind that the defective product will be replaced with
a " doubly checked" fresh batch. This is not a cosmetic defect, but a potential life threatening issue. Note, that Winchester will pay to have the material returned to them. As with any item that is returned to a manufacturer, it is important that a note with the name , address, phone number, and email address of the sender, be included in the note.
