What's up with Tapatalk?

For years, maybe decades, when visiting forums, I've seen posters using TapaTalk. What's the attraction, if you don't mind me asking.

Outdated forum software like vBulletin (what RFC runs on) does not work well on mobile devices. Tapatalk provides a mobile-friendly interface to such sites.

It’s very easy to use and uploading pics is a no brainer with it
