Who do you get to do your 10/22 bolt work? Years ago someone on this web site use to do bolt work and he was very good. But I believe he quit doing bolt work some time ago. I just traded for a Ruger 10/22 target model (first 10/22 I've gotten in years). So who do you get to do good bolt work if you don't have your own machine shop? Thanks.
Connecticut Precision Chambering (CPC) does extensive work on 10/22's including bolt work and has been used by many folks here for years. If you review their website you can see everything they do along with pricing.
I'll add another vote for Randy at CPC - Connecticut Precision Chambering. Fantastic guy to deal with, and EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Very reasonable prices, too!
I have 2 of his 10-22 bolts. Also he sells bolts so you don't have to wait while he does yours specifically. I think his price for a custom bolt was about $90.
Randy is a great guy to work with and he gets her done! :bthumb:
