I was going to go with the FastfireIII on the Pac-Lite but after I put the MatchDot II on the Hunter I had to have another one! These are the best I have ever used.

That the route I'm gonna go...I put a Fastfire II on mine, but the dot is just a smidge too big. Have you checked to see how it tracks?

The small dot setting on this thing is tiny and works great for shooting targets. Explain what you mean by "tracking"

Isn't this the model that's supposed to be able to adjust your elevation & return to zero?

By tracking I mean being able to adjust zero from say 50 yds. to a hundred or better & being able to return to your original zero...

Zero stop? In other words, can you unscrew the elevation turret once you have it zeroed at the range you desire & restting it at the zero hash mark?

Ok , I have not tried it yet but yes this model does work that way. All I had time to do was zero the sight at 25yards and zero out the dial. I am hoping to go out tomorrow and I was going to try it out to 50 and get a setting and then go back to 25 and see it it holds it's zero point.

Never mind the sights. Tell me about the Volquartsen frame. Did you get it preloaded or did you just get the bare frame and build it up?

I thought about getting one but decided to just go with the 'regular' again and got a MkIII Target today. I've already ordered the usual Vol parts but wondered if I should have gone your route. Oh well. It's a little late for buyers' remorse!

Like the setups, they both look nice. I have a OD Green Volquartsen frame and really like it as well.
