I just returned from the range 30 minutes ago and can say that replacing the Trigger Spring, and Sear Spring with stock springs (glad I kept them) has totally, 100% resolved my issues.

I fired 100 mini mag with only one failure to fire with a solid strike. I reloaded that round and it fired fine.

I then fired 50 rounds of CCI Standard velocity with no errors. The fact that I can fire standard velocity CCI with good reliability really pleases me, as it is the round that I buy the most of.

Thank you for the update. Did you wind up with an acceptable trigger pull weight etc.?

I would call it halfway in between how the gun came stock and how it felt after the full volquartsen kit. Still great but just not quite as good as it should be.

Ask volquartsen to send you a new sear spring! I also have one to do that and sear spring was to light and would shoot burst ! I also use the factory trigger plunger spring and now 2 pounds and 2 ounces with nice crisp trigger and reset
