Well, not as good as say 150,000 Golden Bullets but all in all a good grab.

I've never bought it this cheap,,,

I've never bought it this cheap,,,
I believe the least I've ever seen mini mags,,,
Was for $6.49 per 100 back during or just after the Obama Drought.

I remember not buying them at Wal Mart though,,,
The Evil Pawn Shop regularly sold them for $6.99 per 100.

I decided to give him my business instead.

Anyhoo,,,
I am officially "Ammo'ed Up".

With my existing stockpile,,,
I have several years of plinking and serious target ammo.

This deal put me in the position where all I need to do,,,
Is replenish what I shoot as I use it up.

I did buy him a Mazzio's Pizza Gift Certificate,,,
He is also the father of the three boys,,,
To whom I recently gifted .22 rifles.

Good thing you are not in California or you and the seller would need to go to a FFL dealer and be limited to 500 rounds max. Nice to be free!!!

Makes my day, always, to read of others who have found a firearms related anything where they retain the enthusiasm and excitement of yute and the passion comes thru in the telling.

This is a great example of that.

Think the full moon may have had anything to do w/it?

No matter; in shooting, it is always better to be lucky than good. And now that yer munitions supply fears have been largely abated, time to focus on becoming better rather than just good by expending some of it.

Good shooting to ya(!), Pard.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Earlier this summer I gave a carton, of 500 Win Super X to my son to give for my grandsons birthday. I had them stashed away and had paid $9.99 for the carton some years back, or 99cents a box of 50. My son back in early July paid $14.99 for a box of 50 at a gunshop in Jackson, Ms.

I don't attend auctions because things always go higher than I'm willing to pay and it takes a long time to get to the items in which I'm interested. Now yard sales, that's a different story! I recently attended one where several pieces of obvious old dinner ware were resting in an old coffee can. One dollar bought the 8 pieces and a quick check of Ebay found very similar Civil War era sets asking $150. I'll hang on to these for a while to see if they actually sell for the asking price. Regardless, I got a bargain.
