Wildphil, over the summer I got the bug so I picked up a 457 varmint MTR to shoot ARA in middle TN. My rifle likes most SK ammo so if you can find some, that may be a good place to start for testing what yours likes. I have been shooting SK pistol match lately. Also acquiring a good front and rear rest is a big piece of the puzzle. I am also learning that you have to be able to read the wind to be a consistent high performer as those little bullets get bullied by the wind more than I thought. I ended up with an Athlon Argos BTR GEN2 10-4056 BLR SFP scope which I really like the reticle for ARA targets. It is a lot of fun so I hope to see you at a match soon as I am just south of Nashville. If you can make it up to Bowling Green to a match you can pick up a lot of great info as some of the top factory class shooters in ARA participate there.

It is good to hear that you are enjoying shooting ARA. Thank you for the tips. I haven't really started looking for the rest that I will be needing yet.
