Found a used Single Six in stainless with a 5.5" barrel in great shape.
Is $300 a good price?
Thanks!

Take a look at gunbroker.com or gunsamerica.com to get a feel for what the gun ought to go for. You might even find another in your area to compare it to.

For stainless, I'd say it's a good deal - if it's in good condition. I got mine (stainless, 6.5", fixed sights) NIB for $300 on GunsAmerica.

I just picked up a 6.5" Stainless steel adjustable sights both cylinders for 329.00 used and was very pleased. I you like it jump on it. I didn't want to pay an extra 40 bucks for the 5.5" barrel version right beside it. otherwise I would have gone with the 5.5" barrel. a little more handy to me.

I did not price the 5.5 since I wanted the 6.5". But I paid under $50.00 more for a brandnew one in Stainless Steel. nobody seems to stock the 5.5" so it might cost more?

Buy it. 10 years from now you'll still be enjoying it, it'll have virtually no wear, and you will have forgotten how much you paid for it.
