30mm tube on 11mm dovetail

Log in to see fewer ads
I would like to mount a scope with a 30mm tube on an Anschutz with 11mm dovetail (the curved top version of dovetail).

The scope has a 56mm objective.

What rings are available for this combination?

I like the Burris rings with the plastic inserts, but there does not appear to be an option for this tube and mount combination.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Iíve had a similar question for a scope on my little JW-15. Not sure how well this will work, but this is what I am going to try (on order):

https://www.vectoroptics.store/SCRA-...ount-Rail.html

This should allow me to use any rings I want.

The alternative was some sort of a ďall in oneĒ mount, but I could not find something anywhere but on AliExpress so I opted to try the above adapters first.

Would the delrin J&P 11mm to Burris Weaver adapters for a CZ work? They center up real nice, I've got them on 2 CZs.

It looks like the J&P product works with 3/8Ē dovetails, which seem to normally have flat tops. It is not clear whether the Vectoroptics adapters work with flat or with curved-topped dovetails.

I could try them, I suppose. They are not terribly expensive, and I do have a couple of CZs.

The J&P adaptors work fine, so do the DIP base, which you can get in 25 MoA.

They are worth it to get the Burris Sig. rings.

The J&P adapters are made specifically for CZ rimfires rifles. DIP, inc has dovetail bases made specifically for Anschutz 54 and 64 actions. A scope with a 30mm tube is probably fairly heavy, I would go with a DIP, Inc base for strength and an unlimited
choice of Weaver style rings for your rifle scope combo.

Work fine for me. Have them on the cz 4 FS in 22 and 22 mag, with a utg 4x16 compact scope 30 mm tube , so I didn’t have to remove the rear sight. Didn’t want to use a rail and go over the rear sight cause of the drop in the hogback stock. This time cheap worked fine. Not always the case, but sometimes it works ou.

The BKL 300 Series might offer you a solution . . . https://www.bkltech.com/30mm-Scope-Mounts-s/58.htm

I like Warne rings, however, their 30mm "high" solution only supports up to 52mm scopes per their specs.

J&P does make adapters specifically for the Anschutz rifles with the round top/scalloped dovetail for use with Burris Signature Zee rings.

https://www.jnpgunsprings.com/ANSCHU...TERS-p72157680

Also, your receiver should be drilled and tapped as well. You can buy bases made to mount directly to the receiver and then use any rings you want. If you can’t find Anschutz specific bases, search for Remington 541, Browning T-Bolt bases. I bought some for my Anschutz 1416 and they worked fine.

Thanks for the link to the J&P product! I had tried to find this on their site yesterday, without any luck.

I just placed an order.

I must checked J&P 3-4 times and never saw them, now that I know where the are won't name a incorrect post on Anchutz adapters again. Thanks for coming back and posting the correct information......
