Yes, my copy of Houze is paperback. Apparently they did not sell well, I got it some years ago at Overstock dot com for a very low price.

My paperback is starting to fall apart with use. Real good book with very few errors.
Mr. Houze did a great job on this book. It is a must have for anyone with a M52. Shooter or collector. Big Larry

My advice is do a search on ebay with daily updates as I managed to find my copy a couple of years ago for under a hundred bucks.Personally I wouldn't pay over $125 for a mint hardcover with mint dust jackets, but that's just me.Like anything in life if you're in a rush to buy you'll have to pay more and if in a rush to sell you'll get less than somethings worth.
Also check your surrounding public libraries for a copy you can check out for a while. Also if a library has a copy you can ask them if it's something they might be planning to sell in an upcoming book sale.If so ask them to make a note to let you know when it would possibly be available.
