Vostok new to me

I picked this up today.Is is stamped Vostok 22 lr TO3(or Z) 8-01.It has a side mount Weaver peep sight and I don't think the stock is original but was well put together.Any info would be greatly appreciated.I'm just looking for a good shooter and think it is a Ural with the side mount

In the first picture the diamond shaped stamp is on the other side of the reciever and it is a aftermarket Weaver installed.Thanks

Quick trip to the range but there was fog ,shot anyway.Best 5 shot group was 5/16" with Federal Champion

this is what the words on the sight mean. 1 click at 50 meters is 2.5 millimeters.
