Gonna get either a CM-2 or a Anschutz 54 or 64 within the next year.
Which one is the most accurate for target shooting in your opinion?

I own both the CM-2 and the 54 Anschutz. They're both very accurate with a slight edge to the Anschutz (maybe), but the Anschutz has a fit and finish the Russian couldn't even dream of. I'd pick the Anschutz.

It depends. If you are going to be competing I'd lean toward the Anschutz if price isn't a deterring factor. In the match rifle category the stock is significant and the 1913 really leaves nothing to be desired. Being able to make adjustments in the stock as well as the aftermarket products like scopes makes it a top choice along with the 2013. The advantage to the square action 2013 is that you don't need a gunsmith to swap barrels. The Anschutz trigger is on a different planet than the trigger on the CM-2.
If you are not going to be competing with the rifle the CM-2 will give you more accuracy than you'd expect. I am competing with my CM-2 and shoot in the 1580's in NRA Conventional 1600 Prone with my last score being a 1589.
The advantage to the CM-2 is that it comes with sights and it is less than $600.

TheKnack ... You would do well to pay heed to Charlotte's counsel ... she's been through a similar scenario.
