OK so I'm almost ready to finish my PF940v2 Standard Black with my Tac Sol STG 22 Glock 17 upper End . I am using OEM Glock 17 Lower Parts . Anyone els go this route and have success ? I really like this Concept and the build is a nice changeup from the Retro AR15/M16 Game I've been playing for too long . ( Best build Interlude/Changeup for me since my British L1A1 kit from the Big Reno Show last Year ...

Looks good, have you had a chance to shoot your TS/P80 build?

I went with the AA kits on my P80's

the only issue I've had with them so far is somehow my front sight broke on my compact's slide

Did the AA Kits have the stipulation in the User Manual Pamphlet Instruction Pages " These Conversion Units only work with Glock Pistols " ? ( Like the TAC SOL ones )

they have printed "FOR USE ON FACTORY STOCK GLOCK PISTOLS" in red right at the top of the first page...and my first full size kit didn't work correctly on my original P80 Spectre frame, but they work fine on the new V2 ones

I'm hoping AA comes out with a kit for the P80/Glockstore SS80 so I can shoot .22LR out of one of these too

Once I determine the functionality of my rig I may try a Retro Glock type build ( Reconfigure a P80 frame to the smooth look of Gen 1 or Get a Gen 2 or Gen 1 Used Glock and get a 22lr Conversion for it ...

don't know if it's still available, but P80 used to offer a smooth frame...would be a little closer to a gen1 or 2..or at least a little easier to mod, since you wouldn't be starting with the normal stippling

don't know what you would do with the rail though...

Brownells had the exclusive rights to the Readymod frames and I haven't seen them in stock for some time now.

They are still selling their own 80% frame - the SS80 (G43)

I'm leaning towards a Gen 3 Glock Frame for next build ( California Roster limits me to Gen 3 )

Well The Glock 17 ( Gen 3 ) Lower Idea Is too cost prohibitive ( in Ca. I can’t just order a Frame or Stripped frame off of Gunbroker ) so instead of buying a new or used Complete Glock 17 pistol I’m ordering another Poly 80 V2 full sized frame and using that with my second TSG 22 Conversion unit .
