I just bought 8 boxes of SK Pistol Match on bullet central.com. Shipping is the killer.

Shipping is $21 for a brick of SK Std+ to me. $22 for two bricks. Note, one brick max per item. The only two I could add to cart.

I received mine today also and took them to the range. I played a bit with the 5.5 inch barrel and then put the 10 inch on. I added a 2X 8 Leupold scope to it and it's a tack driver. The SV ammo kept all my shots inside 1/2 inch at 25 yards from a rest.

I'm waiting now for more of my CCI orders. Testing the 5.5 inch barrel on my 22/45 Lite frame I had no failures and my groups were real good at 15 yards off hand. Everything in the black of a 6 inch Shoot & See target.

I tried some Quiets. They were fun to shoot. Did not cycle the gun but all went boom and they grouped well at 15 yards. I had to shoot them and cycle the gun between shots but the sound was just amazing.

CCI SV is listed at 1235 fps and Blazer SV is listed at 1070 fps....so CCI is not slow in my book. My beretta m9 22 and U22 cycles the Blazer fine...

CCI SV muzzle velocity is in the same ballpark as Eley Club, SK Rifle Match, and many others. Most of the "high-end" types like Center X, Midas+, etc. are the same.

Bear has it backwards the standard has the lower velocity and the blazer is high velocity there is no such thing as standard velocity blazer it is all high velocity
Most guns should cycle standard velocity fine

Blazer in other calibers (specifically 9mm) has been generally available as well. I use that for range practice.
I have yet to see any 9mm up for sale, and I check every time I check for 22lr. Not sure I really want to pay that much, as it's more than double what I'm use to paying. But, I might add a box or two to get above the free shipping.

Shipping for orders under $100 is $12. Otherwise it's free. Tax is the same if I buy it online or buy it in my nearest Walmart.
