Squirrels in my backwoods are concentrated in hickory tree--looks like they are eating the blossom fruit. What are they eating in hickory trees now?

Hey, can I come? I know how to play "Boil Them Cabbage Down". In fact, just got done playing about an hour ago. Started out with "Fly Around My Pretty Little Miss", then moved right into "Boil Them Cabbage Down".

I haven't been Squirrel hunting in quite awhile and sure do miss it. Enchanted Forests are my specialty.

SARGE is probably out at the old pumphouse sighting in a couple of rifles and eating morel mushrooms along with crappie filets while contemplating opening day of squirrel season.

You bet I can!!! 22 man is all crippled up. You'll have to carry him into the timber and set him down.

K22, I can play Fly Around My Pretty Little Miss too. You should come over this way, maybe the Shawnee squirrel hunt in Sept.

Old Hick, I don't eat fungus! No crappie yet, but I have had a few blue catfish fillets. I'll be going after stripers in a couple weeks.

They are eating the stringy thingies. They’ll eat the what I call helicopters out of sugar maples this time of year too.
Season opens Saturday here. So time to go hunting.
Had a lot of late cold weather.
Could be a bad mulberry year here.
We’ll see.
