Hey, good score on both! The government models are getting harder to find, and both with the box! If you don't already know, research both models to show what is different from the "regular" Rugers. Enjoy them!

So, where are these two High Standards and do you recall the asking price?

I just love it when you find a nice MKII target at a gunshow at a decent price! A couple of years ago I got my stainless 5.5 inch heavy barrel target at the local show for $350 just out of the blue. It was as new but didn't have the original box. You just gotta grab those and run when you have the chance.

I think ruger Mark ii is best of the ruger series and you can find them very reasonably and you can find lots of after market parts for them if you want to up grade !

Those are nice looking MKII's and the original boxes are a real plus. You never know what you'll come across at a gun show.

MKII's are my favorites too. I have a stainless comp target, a blue 4" bull, and a 22/45 5.5" bull. I come across plenty of III's and IV's, but not many II's.
