I purchased both of these for $13 for the Stainless and $10 for the carbon steel, haven't used either yet but they have a great reputation. The above link morphs into what I consider a Spam link trying to force you to "subscribe".
It appears the price is indeed excellent for the Garberg knife but in both locations the ad try to get one to "subscribe", I'm a bit leery.

Following this out leads to an add on Amazon where the price is now $59.95, rather than the $25.95 in the Gundeals add.

I saw that deal on Amazon this morning, only the one model was discounted that steep... the leather sheath and plain poly sheath models were still priced at $59...
The one I ordered this morning for $26 has already been shipped.
I just went back and looked and all three models at Amazon are $59 now... guess I was in the right place at the right time

Yes, I'm guessing it had a very limited life, a very good deal if you caught it. The Mora's I've purchased look to be well made.

Mine as also been shipped for the same price, can't wait to play with it and see if its worth the hype over the regular moras.

I have two of the Mora Basic, model 546. Blue handle, black sheath, 4 inch stainless blade. Probably the sharpest knives out of the box of any I've owned. Ten bucks apiece, will certainly outlast me.

I only have one, but it is great! And small.
Left-handed sheath from Badger Creek.

Great knives . . .
. . . one of the 'Less Is More' designs that is practical in both home and outdoors. Those Scandanavians broke it down to the essentials and in my opinion did a fine job. Scandi blades are profiled for easy sharpening - hard to mess that up without trying.
We have some budget line Frosts, low and mid grade Moras and and pair of higher budget Bruslettos and HELLEs. All of them excellent - hard to go wrong with them.

Have any of you looked at the Oerla knives on Amazon? Looking at the TAC OLF-1009 & the TAC OLL-005.
I have several of the Mora carbon lower end knives dispersed in various packs like my 10-22 Takedown bag. Cant beat them for the money.

I own several Mora knives and use them frequently. They are just good, cheap knives.
A 511 permanently lives in the side pocket of my woods bag, even if I have other knives.
