Is something like return shipping or a 2 for 1 sale, for examples, really free? Al wondered to himself abstractedly thinking, huh, nothing is, was, really free in his experience.

Beg to differ, if one were to take SOME of the 'free' advice offered here it might get expensive, after all there are lots of enablers here :-)
