So is it tee time or tea time. Al wondered to himself not even knowing they let geezers cheat on the pars.

John, I do hit from the gold tees, my drive average is around 190. generally I look in the 5200 with 5600 my maximum. the league I play in has an age rule 70 and under white, over gold, 80 red. for that I hit from the white which is 4900 yards. marty

only hit 81 degrees today, cooler weather for the weekend. best ball starts tomorrow, when all the snowbirds arrive there will be 17 or so teams. traffic is getting heavier by the day. marty

the course runs parallel to sky dive city, on occasion some armed forces teams practice there, more exciting than the golf.

we had a fishing trip scheduled for next week that got cancelled today. this red tide is back, seems these yahoos have known for years what exasperates the problem, but are incompetent to make the hard decisions to correct. looks like we'll have a few days on the cooler side with highs in the low 70's. had some stone crabs Sunday, a little pricey still. depending on this algae bloom prices may go up. marty
