I use this

Friend of my gave me a few of these. His dad, who was an avid squirrel hunter, had a die made to manufacture these back in the early 1970s and ran a few off and sold them at mom and pop stores here in Mississippi. Tried to get walmart to sell them but they required he have a 1 million dollar insurance policy. They work really good and can be tied to a tree and used in the woods with the small rope that was included or mounted to a sturdy post. His dad has since passed away but he still has the die and a few hundred skinners.

Homemade squirrel processing station. The lower shelf holds a 7 gallon Reliance water jug. The top shelf has a Harbor Freight vertical toggle clamp with a couple of short lengths of rebar acting as the pinch point. I've also got a portable model that attaches to a picnic table.

This one is a hybrid of a Koontz Skinner and a Brown's Skinner.

This one is a no welding Koontz Skinner style made from flat bar.

Anyone ever tried and air compressor to separate the skin. I did it on a deer once was very successful. Took the blow gun attachment put a small slit in hind legs and blew the deer up. I assume a small ball pump needle would work well on a squirrel.
