Kidd Ultra lightweight range day

I beat the rain this morning to the range , but not the wind .
I took my new Kidd Ultra lightweight build in a Hogue stock and my new Whistlepig barrel build in a PMACA chassis .
I like the looks of the chassis build , but prefer the Hogue build for shooting .
Both barrels functioned great . Accuracy was pretty close between them with a slight edge to the Kidd . Iíd be super disappointed if it didnít since it costs double what I paid for the Whistlepig.
Ammo was mainly CCI SV except for three 25 mags of CCI AR . Both barrels shot ragged holes at 25 yards , in spite of the windy conditions ( our weighted down target stands got blown over twice ) .
We pulled our targets and setup a 4Ē plate and some cans at the backstop berm thatís around 115 yards . The 4Ē plate was easy to hit even with the one rifle that wore a Nikon 2-7 scope .
Iíll definitely buy another , of both .
Iíll be swapping out some Green Mountain barrels just to lighten up the rifles . Makes it easier loading and unloading at the house and range .
BTW , as soon as I got home , the Whistlepig barreled action went into a Hogue stock and got a cheap red dot , ready for the next range trip .
Pics of the rifles and the results on the cans on the berm .
