Light Primer strikes

Hi new member here, Just purchased a BM Field & Target special. Love the gun but it suffers light strikes about 1 in 20 rounds, usually 2nd or 3rd round in the clip.
I have been shooting CCI mini mags 40g. gone through about 500 rounds so far.

Have thoroughly cleaned the gun 3 times including its initial cleaning to get the factory oil and junk out. I use a .243 Brush in the breech to clean any fouling, and it passes the plunk test most times some times it needs a little tap to go in the last 1/4". I have checked all bolts for tightness all good.
Have noticed a little roughness when pulling slide back last 1/2 of the stroke, not sure if this is normal or not, during break in.
applied light coating of gun grease to the slide to try and smooth out the action. Helped some, but still getting FTF's . When I reload the round they go off no problem.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks
