Home style Crock Pot Pork Chops

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 boneless Pork Chops, or 4 center cut Pork Chops with bone
1/4 cup oil
2 cups chicken broth (I use a heaping tablespoon of Knorr Chicken flavored bullion powder)

Cooking Directions

Spray your 6-quart crock pot with cooking spray
Season your Pork Chops as you like
Coat the Pork Chops in flour
Pour your oil in a skillet and brown your pork chops over medium-high heat
Mix together your 1/2 cup flour, dry mustard, salt and garlic powder in a bowl
Place your browned pork chops in your crock pot
Mix your broth with the flour mixture and pour over the Pork Chops in your crock pot
Cover with lid and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, or on low for 6 hours.
Make sure Pork Chops are cooked until tender, there will be a nice gravy to serve over mashed potatoes, or rice.
