I think the Basic & the Bi 2KO have the longer tunion , just like the target versions .

From memory , they use the rear iron sight as a tie down point ( Sobol , the receiver
tapers shorter towards the barrel ), ie has a screw that goes thru the stock .

If you are after accuracy , go for the rifles that have the longer receiver that better supports the barrel ....
Larsen Recruit Receiver (Izhmash 7-3)

Note the differences: The front of the Sobol receiver is tapered with a sporter contour barrel.
The front of the Larsen Recruit receiver is not tapered with a straight taper medium-weight bull barrel.
