Higher priced glass is worth it!

I know of very few people who have tried medium to higher end glass and not seen the differences. At 59 years old (in a few weeks) I bought a rifle with a nightforce scope on it 10 years ago. Since...

I'll go against the grain here, but if you lost your interest in shooting why not pick your favorite and sell the rest? It sounds like you have other interests, could the cash be used for those...

I was in the woodworking business for 23 years as a supplier to the industry. We would take a piece of oak (1"x1"x12") put dish soap on one end and blow through the other end. You can blow bubbles....

It's a low mileage gun, not a no mileage gun so I've been considering taking it to the range just because I'd like to see how it shoots. I doubt I'd hurt it.

Got a 1st year 61 in excellent condition!

Serial number 15X, so a 3 digit early production model 61. It's in exceptionally nice shape but shows a little wear on the stock. No box or anything else, but the rifle seems to be in excellent...

I have a Browning and a Winchester

I shoot the Winnie better but I love the action on the Browning. I can't say I like one much more than the other, but I like them both more than most my other .22's.

I don't think I posted this here before. I found the display case at a garage sale this summer for $2 and did some minor modification to get it so that the .22 ammo boxes would fit. Not perfect but...

Yes, that it exactly it. I was thinking it was an older gun, but I noticed the 2014 date at the bottom of the page. So it's a currently available rifle?
