Im looking at what appears to be an older model Marlin 60 for sale. It has the squirrel stock. First two numbers of the serial number are 72. Any idea of year of manufacture ? Thanks.

This strategy is how I go about it as well mainly due to the terrain I hunt in. Using trees as rests is very flexible with tracking squirrels if you hunt in woods that are open or at least semi-open....
