Used to be they would etch the 3 digits of your gun if they fit a cylinder for you...I'll be they di a quick check, polish job and re-etch the correct #s on the cylinder you sent in with the gun

It is sad what someone will do to a gun and then pawn their poor work onto someone else without a moment's thought. I would consider the idea of glued on grips, (you can't hurt that frame any more)....
