I'm considering buying a Tac Sol barrel, but want to simply have my barrel threaded. I see a company called Grumpy's that does buckmark barrel threading.

Has anyone used this service? Any other...

I have not tried one. I wasn’t aware KRG had a trigger for the Tikka.

Are you looking to run a suppressor? I have a 20 inch which shoots amazingly accurate but with the suppressor it is over 26”...

I think that most(?) some(?) people had increase in group sizes with the shoehorn removed. I read enough negative reviews of removing the shoehorn that I left it alone.

I guess it depends on how available the 16” are. I’ve never seen one in the US. I say send it off and have it cut to 16.1 to be on the safe side(assuming you live in the US).
