At the ranges I shoot same accuracy as my 16" elite, bench or off hand. (15-75yards) Shorter model actually handles better for me.

Yes, if the hammer pin hole has the screw head relief cuts. my Tippmann in the 4400 serial number range had the cuts, my 2 in the 1000 range did not. Post 20k, is a non issue and work.
