Or just make/buy a bolt lock for an auto and have options. I think I paid $10 on eBay for this one. I glued a magnet to the storage area in the butt to keep in when not in use.

I would not get too hung up on that torque value. 70 +/-10 in.lb is not a huge spread. When I was wrenching on ejection seats, most of the torque settings were +/- 5 in.lb, and that's for cartridge...
