My B has the same sight combo. Can't vouch for it being original but there is a good chance it may have come that way from Winchester since you also have the same "unusual" combo.

I was thinking about having a dedicated case for each set of peep sights for my target rifles. It has to be small enough to put in the range bag but big enough to offer some protection from bumps....
