Function was good. Accuracy was poor. I don't understand why copper washed rounds would leave my fingers black.

For 3 CPR I'd it again...

Ceiner/CMMG don't see this as much because of the rail frame they use, but this issue...

That's what I was thinking when I bought a bunch of it. None of my rifles shot it well enough at 50 to merit measuring its accuracy at 100.

The federal 45gr was barely better.

It shouldn't. The recoil spring should keep the backplate all the way back and against the lower or buffer plug either way. It may take a couple of cycles of the bolt to seat the collar...
