have a BL 22 micro midas really like the rifle , but I wish the stock was not so glossy. The finish to me looks like it will be difficult to strip is there any alternatives to remove the shine ?

The one I have has been very reliable with Federal , Winchester , and Aquilla bulk ammo . Also mini mags and even dirty golden bullets only complaint I have the gun is ugly compared to the original...

I have cut back to 150 rounds per week , usually it was 250 per week and very seldom used my 10/22 . My shooting is mostly done with a Ruger Single Six and a BL22.

yes walnut was much nicer than birch but I would rather have birch than what we get now everything has recycled milk jugs in various colors.

they are a bit pricey , but I have over 1000 rounds thru mine Federal Bulk , Winchester 555 , Aquila , no problems functions fine gun is cleaned after every trip to range.
