I won't knock any of the Lever 22's. I have them all. Is the trigger stiffer in the BL-22, yes except on my 1980 model that is well used. the outside shell of the BL-22 is steel and is pretty stout....

Glad they worked everything out for you. Congratulations on your model 60. I to like mine better than a 10/22 for regular off hand shooting. Target shooting for precision I use a 10/22.

I also Love my BL-22's, I have more of them than any other lever gun 22. I like my Marlins and my Winchester but the BL-22 get's a lot more love than any of the others.
