Rust is not an issue where I live but you might try spraying the metal with Hornady One Shot instead of oil. Do not wipe after spraying.

Peroxide and vinegar mixed creates peracetic acid which is toxic. Also known as DIP. If you insist on using it wear gloves and a respirator. Disposal is also a problem.

I have 10 of the 25's and 3 15's. All mine are working well. I did use a 22 short case to bush the older mags. The newer ones are much tighter and dont need bushings.

The SR22 is DA 1st shot and SA after. Walther P22 is same. Taurus PT22 is DAO but not threaded. It is a tilt barrel mouse gun. Sig 250 probably as close as you will get.
