Refurbish 1892 Winchester?

I won a 1892 Winchester, manufactured in 1907 (.38-40). I am quite adept at both Slow Rust bluing, as well as stock repair/re-finishing, and I'm considering bringing this Rifle back to look like it...

I believe with a Bolt action, this is standard procedure. If using an Auto-loader (i.e. Ar-15 or Ar-10) than Full-length resizing is recommended.
