There must be a lot of noise at the cylinder gap, because if you get your hand close to it when you shoot, it will burn the hide off of you. :)

Stinger powder is slower burning than "normal" 22lr powder.
It's similar to centerfire powder that burns progressively hotter as it proceeds.
That plus the light bullet is where you get 1640 fps in...

So, they will not harm semi auto actions. My wife shoots'em by the hundreds.:)
