Ive never seen any accuracy difference between the springs, and i use the bolt buffer and have never had any issues with the light spring.

i broke mine in like i do my centerfires, clean them and shoot. i dont really worry about it. the barrel isnt going to be made more accurate by the clean, shoots x rounds, clean, shoot x rounds deal.
