I noticed that with my 617. Federal seems to be a bit smaller diameter and are easier to eject. I think there is some variability in 22 ammo that makes feeding revolvers a little more tricky.

I have had a Mark II for years and in the past...

I have had a Mark II for years and in the past few years got a buckmark. The Ruger is made to a higher standard. The buckmark is fidly and not as durable a design but still a fun gun.

Thanks for the rear end warning. I hadn't even considered that a common item to change. Never seen that on a Ford. It may be one of the reasons for the relatively low tow capacity.

I imagine those paying 1.50 a round for 9mm are not buying a 1000 round case. Likely those paying such prices are desperate to stock up on "plenty of ammo" and buy 100 or 200 rounds just in case...
