I had the exact same problem. Just a soak in Kroil or PB Blaster or other genuine penetrant did the trick. Patience and turn the knob GENTLY back and forth till you get a movement.:bthumb::D

They tend to be expensive.. I have seen a few but they were about $200.00 Which reminds me. Invest in firearms and you can have a good return, the same goes for limited print books.
