There's currently a big hole in decent fixed power high mag scopes in the sub $500 category. The Sightron is about as good as it gets for the price and I would definitely recommend them.

Definitely still worth the $ IMHO. Yes they are expensive. But once you have the trigger and start using it you'll quickly forget about the $ you spent and fall in love with the trigger.

You should adjust the Kidd down to 6oz if you prefer the lighter trigger pull. All my Kidd 2 stage triggers are set at 3oz/3oz and they're the best triggers I own.
