Anschutz to Redfield sight base

I posted this in the Anschutz area also.
Looking for a sight base to adapt Anschutz 11mm dovetail to Redfield Olympic sight. I did the normal places to look-eBay, Champions Choice and Freeland....

I did make a couple out of 1/8 acrylic, but ended up at 5mm. Just a bit too large. I’ll have to try again.

I believe it’s a 4-40tpi. I was missing the screws on the objective on my 20x and 4-40 was the size. I found then at Ace hardware. They usually have a couple trays of gunsmith screws.

I was lucky enough to find one on eBay. Great triggers if you can find one. Can’t tell the true trigger weight. My scale starts at 8oz and it breaks long before that. I’d guess 2oz.

Front sight dual dovetail

Both of my 52b heavy barrel models are not drilled and tapped for a standard front sight base. They have a normal barrel dovetail cut.

It’s all about what someone is willing to pay and accept. Gunbroker always inflated prices. My LGS has(now had) a beautiful 1937 model A. Asking was just shy of $1000. It was sitting since September....
