Using berger's stability calculator with a 1:16 twist barrel, 0.15 bc, and 1050 fps showed marginal stability...

MKarr's average data shows ~0.7" (not exact as I can't read the graph precisely) at 100 yards, and 1.28" at 200. Even this shows one can have a better group...
