Volquartsen just came out with this holster specifically for the LLV-4. It works with he 4.5" or the 6" but the comp sticks out of the bottom when using the 6 ".

The EGW Ruger mount fits right into the LLV...

The EGW Ruger mount fits right into the LLV upper. Slide in on from the right then tighten it down and add your sight to it.
