While depressing the bolt release, pull the trigger back and hold, then jerk the bolt rearward. It should then clear the trigger sear and come out.

I suggest you pick the best brass and work backward to purchase factory ammo. In my opinion, the best brass available is Nosler, followed by Remington and Hornady. Have fun emptying those cases :)
