Both of my MK IVs have Volquartzen accurizing kits installed. I would rather buy the Hunter but for $220.00 for the upper at Wirthweinguns, really thinking about it and having plenty left over to buy...

I'm a big fan of Hornady One Shot! I use it on everything I shoot. The exception is the BCG on my AR. Sill using oil on the BCG. :bthumb:

I use Hornady One Shot Dry Lube on ALL my pistols. Seems they clean up much easier and after a few applications the bolts and slides are smooth as butter! :bthumb:

That's what I did on my MK IV Target and I love it! Going to add same to my MK IV 22/45 Tactical. Not only easier to rack the bolt but it feels like the bolt moves smoother too! :bthumb:

Wondering if you bought it new? Only asking because someone may have used red locktite on it. Maybe a drop or two of penetrating oil and let if set over night. I removed mine with no problems.
