I'm going through the same problem with my 75C. Waaaaay too many FTF's. What I noticed was that the FP on the hammer end, when even/flush with the bolt, was sticking out at the bullet end maybe .025"...

Can anyone give me the actual/ exact length of the firing pin in thousandths? Mine is measuring 2.902" and is too short. I tig welded the hammer end and am about to take it to length but need to know...
