Actually, I'd rather see Ruger make a top break in a size similar to the Single six, especially if it came with a stainless steel frame and grip strap.

The HK 270 has a regular 3/8's grooved receiver, so the costly, and proprietary HK scope mounts are not an issue with these rifles. My HK 300, 940, and SL-7 scope mounts are a whole different story...
