The tenon diameter is .6875" (KIDD uses .6877" on his barrels) and the length is .7445". Can't help you with the extractor.

That's a total waste of money/time, the hole doesn't even have to perfect. Measure it (the measurement are available) and be done with it, I've never used any kind of jig.

Yes but their design sucks, cup/cone are a pita that's why I sent my Outback in for the G-core upgrade.

I forgot to mention that with the ISB your stuck with no stock options.
